Well you asked for photos from the performance. This is me, mid-dance, in all my be-wigged and booted glory!
Here’s a couple of montage photos of the rest of the cast to give you a flavour of what the production was like. They were taken by our photographer Julian Wheeler from Big Day Photography who was also responsible for that iconic poster! More photos can be seen if you click on the SADOS link on his website.
(Right. No more photos of me. Just looked back over the last few posts and there are far too many pictures of my mug. It’s becoming a bit weird. It’s nice to have them on my blog for my own records but a bit samey for my readers. Apologies)
I have to say I'm very impressed with how professional it all looks!
Bit different from the old green uniform I'll say!
What fun!
@Steve – we try and put on as good as a production as we can. Our local theatre is a great place. We make sure we pay them to get the proper lighting etc. Costs a lot to hire it but worth it.
@expat mum – ah the bottle green; though I only had a couple of years of it before we went to a hideous grey.
@mammatalk – it is, but I'm exhausted this week. Getting old for all this larking about!
That's fantastic! Thanks for posting them. Hope it all went well!
What a fantastic costume. Every woman should get a chance to wear something like that at least once in her life!! (found you by way of funny, funny Steverino.)
That looks like the most brilliant fun – good legs, girl!!
x
WOW serious legs girl!
Thanks Plan B, Femminismmo (so lovely for you to pop over from Steve's), ELS and Tattie!
Show over now – we had a brilliant week's run. But now back to normality, more's the pity.
Looking good! Look at those pins!
Glad it went off well. Missed your ad on Radio 2.
